Today 6th May, I was driving onto the Cambie Bridge from Nelson St (Going south from Downtown to VancouverWest). So, I was driving on the right lane. The traffic was really bad. After 20mins, I was on the 2/3 way of the bridge. And I saw 2 police were giving tickets to the drivers in front of me. I didn't know whats going on.... and they walk to me and ask for my driver licences and gave me a ticket ($109). He said I was driving on the Bus Lane......
The construction was so bad on Cambie, and 3 lanes are merging into 1 lane at the end of the bridge. 2 police doing nothing to help the traffic, but blocking 1 lane to give tickets to the driver who were driving on the right lane.
How many breaks in, speedings, crimes, ..... happen everyday? They always said they need to hire more police!
Why they sent 2 police to give tickets to the tax payers who got stuck on the bridge?
